You can drive there by taking the ring to exit 10 (Zellik exit) and following the N9 northwest to Asse train station which will be on the right hand side.

There are trains which stop at Brussels Midi at 14:28 and 14:36, Brussels Centrale at 14:32 and 14:40, and Brussels Nord at 14:38 and 14:45 which will get you to the start by 15:00 (To be rechecked)
